CMCO Chain Hoist Technician Certification.
3 day course: All classes start at 8:30 am - 4:30 pm.
Demand for better training has tripled in the last few years. Columbus McKinnons mission is to improve the quality of hoist service and repair through the testing and certification of repair and service professionals. OSHA, ASME and the Hoist Manufactures Institute (HMI) have published standards, regulations and technical papers to help establish hoist inspection, repair, maintenance and testing procedures or programs. CMCO has taken this responsibility one step further by offering a recognition program for highly qualified hoist repair and service facilities. This will allow repair centers to showcase their technicians and their commitment to excellence. This program will measure the skills necessary for competent job performance by testing the repair technicians knowledge of on the job diagnostics and repair procedures per the latest industry standards and CMCO repair and service guidelines. CMCO will place emphasis to establishments with CMCO-Certified Professionals. Hoist technician certification is designed for businesses striving to be the best.
